The Charges for the Services are set out in the online sign-up process. The Client must pay for the Charges by way of Paypal or credit card or other payment methods approved by Adroit Soft (the company) in accordance with the online sign-up process. The Client must pay any additional fee payable in accordance with the Contract by way of an approved payment method at the time that any such additional fee is incurred by the Client. The Client authorises Adroit Soft to immediately charge the Paypal account or credit card of the Client, or other an approved payment method, in respect of any additional minutes requested or used by the Client in respect of the Services.
All amounts payable by the Client under the Contract are exclusive of amounts in respect of Goods and Service Tax unless otherwise advised by Adroit Soft.
Adroit Soft has the right to immediately cease to provide the Services to the Client if any payment made by the Client is unsuccessful for any reason.
Adroit Soft reserves all the rights to cancel your order anytime under crucial circumstances. We feel pride in claiming that we never reject any content writing/marketing order due to its deadline or difficulty level. Nevertheless, we hold the exclusive rights of rejection or order cancellation.
Cancellation applies only under certain conditions:
• If we fail to deliver our clients with suitable content writers
• If the client violates the terms and conditions of the agreement
• If we are unable to deliver your content order within the time or deadline stated before starting the work
• If any unforeseen event occurs on our end due to which the order cannot be completed
- If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have rendered services, you shall be entitled to get some refund based on our money-back policies.
- The transaction fee is subject to change without notice, and we cannot guarantee what this figure will be before receiving any individual order.
- The refund payment will be made in accordance with the Refunds section below.
- If we receive your order cancellation after we have provided the service to you, then you may not be able to cancel your order.
Here, at Adroit Soft, we strive to deliver excellence in every respect of our services. Sometimes an error is possible by the company due to which we fail to meet your expectations. For this reason, if you are completely dissatisfied with our work, we are ready to compensate our customers by providing them a refund.
Before lodging a refund appeal, we request our clients to read the following cases carefully:
If a client is not satisfied with the content quality or writing work even after having several revisions, then he/she is authorised to file a complaint by contacting our customer support executives. After that, it is our responsibility to:
1. Assign your project to a different content writer in order to execute your order successfully.
2. Or provide a complete refund to you
If you are charged twice by credit card accidentally, Adroit Soft will be liable to return the mistakenly charged amount immediately.
• The quality of the content is different from discussed parameters between Adroit Soft & you.
• When we fail to meet your deadline
• If the delivered content or marketing material is not original (Plagiarised)
And if you fail to notify us before communicating to a third party; it will be considered as a breach of contract.
If you wish to get a full return, then a refund request can be made only within three days of receiving your work. The Quality Assurance Team possess all rights to make a final decision regarding a refund by considering all the evidence.
